 No. I don't have a solution.

But, perhaps, I do have a work around.

First, let me explain what happened.

I'm creating a long video (in excess of 5 hours -- it's a long play of Batman Arkham Asylum) and I added a couple of overlays through out the video.

Upon reviewing the video after I exported, I noticed that the sound of the overlays had been desynchronized the further out in the video, although the main track is perfect.

The work around I propose here is to break a long video into smaller chunks, export them and then join them all together afterwards.
